Ari Bousbib is chairman and chief executive officer of IQVIA. Mr. Bousbib assumed this position in October 2016 following the merger of Quintiles and IMS Health. From 2010 until the merger, he served as chairman and CEO of IMS Health, leading the company’s IPO in 2014. Prior to his appointment at IMS Health, Mr. Bousbib spent 14 years at United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he held several senior leadership positions. He joined UTC in 1997 as chief strategy and development officer, became chief operating officer of Otis Elevator Company in 2000, and president and chief executive of Otis in 2002. In 2008, Ari was appointed president of UTC Commercial Companies with executive leadership responsibility for the worldwide operations of Otis, Carrier, UTC Fire and Security and UTC Power. He was also a former partner at global management and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Bousbib currently serves on the board of directors of The Home Depot, Inc. He previously served on the board of directors of Best Buy, Inc. Mr. Bousbib is also a member of the Harvard Medical School Health Care Policy Advisory Council. Mr. Bousbib has an MBA from Columbia University and a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Superieure des Travaux Publics, Paris.

Carol J. Burt has served as a director of IQVIA since February 2019 and currently chairs the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Burt has been a principal of Burt-Hilliard Investments since 2008. She also serves on the operating council and as a senior advisor to Consonance Capital Partners, which she joined in 2013. From 1997 to 2007, Ms. Burt was an executive officer of WellPoint, Inc. (now Anthem, Inc.), lastly as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Development. Prior to that, Ms. Burt held various positions at Chase Securities (now JPMorgan Chase), lastly as founder, managing director and head of its Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Ms. Burt currently serves on the board of directors of ResMed Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Ms. Burt is a member of the boards of directors of WellDyneRx, LLC and Global Medical Response Inc. She previously served on the boards of directors of Envision Healthcare Corporation and WellCare Health Plans, Inc. She is also a member of Women Corporate Directors and International Women’s Forum. Ms. Burt has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, where she graduated magna cum laude.

John P. Connaughton has served as a director of IQVIA since October 2016 and is a member of the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee. Prior to this, Mr. Connaughton served as a director of Quintiles from January 2008 until October 2016. Mr. Connaughton is a Co-Managing Partner and the Global Head of Private Equity at Bain Capital, which he joined in 1989, and has 33 years of healthcare investing, including as head of global healthcare investing. Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Connaughton was a consultant at Bain & Company, Inc., where he worked in the healthcare, consumer products and business services industries. Mr. Connaughton was formerly on the board of directors of several other publicly traded and private companies, including iHeartMedia, Hospital Corporation of America, Bio Products Laboratory, Beacon Health Options and Stericycle. He also currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of the Boston Celtics and University of Virginia Investment Management Company. Mr. Connaughton is a member of the boards of trustees for Brigham and Women’s Hospital, The Berklee College of Music, University of Virginia McIntire Foundation and GreenLight Fund. He also serves as a member of the dean’s advisory board of Harvard Business School. Mr. Connaughton has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

John G. Danhakl has served as a director of IQVIA since October 2016 and is a member of the Nominating and Governance and the Leadership Development and Compensation Committees. Prior to this, Mr. Danhakl served as a director of IMS Health from February 2010 until October 2016. He is a Managing Partner at Leonard Green & Partners, which he joined in 1995. Previously, Mr. Danhakl was a Managing Director of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation, which he joined in 1990. From 1985 until 1990, he was a Vice President in corporate finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. Mr. Danhakl currently serves as a member of the boards of directors of Life Time Fitness, Inc., Charter NEX Generation, Genani Corporation, Eyemart Express, Mister Car Wash Holdings, Inc., SRS Distribution, Convergint Technologies LLC, Parts Town, Lakeshore Learning, Pye-Barker Fire Safety, LLC and WellSky. James A. Fasano has served as a director of IQVIA since October 2016 and chairs the Audit Committee. Prior to this, Mr. Fasano served as a director of IMS Health from January 2015 until October 2016. He is a Managing Director responsible for leading Canada Pension Plan Investment Board’s Funds, Secondaries & Co-investments group and previously led CPPIB’s Principal Investing group. Prior to joining CPPIB in 2004, Mr. Fasano worked in the Investment Banking group at Merrill Lynch & Co., was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group at RBC Capital Markets and was a Commissioned Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. Mr. Fasano is currently a member of the board of directors at Asurion. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Royal Military College of Canada.

Colleen A. Goggins has served as a director of IQVIA since July 2017 and is currently the chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. She also leads sustainability oversight for the IQVIA Board. Ms. Goggins serves on the boards of directors for the Toronto-Dominion Bank and SIG Combibloc Group and is also a member of the supervisory board for Bayer AG. Previously, she was a member of Johnson & Johnson's Executive Committee and Worldwide Chairman of the Consumer Group, among other roles at Johnson & Johnson. She previously served as a director at Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (now Bausch Health Companies Inc.). Ms. Goggins is a member of Citymeals-on-Wheels New York City and University of Wisconsin Center for Brand and Product Management and University of Wisconsin Foundation. She is also a member of the board of trustees of Institute of International Education. Ms. Goggins has a Master of Arts degree in Management, from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

John M. Leonard, M.D. has served as a director of IQVIA since October 2016 and is our Leader Director. He is a member of the Audit and the Nominating and Governance Committees. Prior to this, Dr. Leonard served as a director of Quintiles from February 2015 until October 2016. Dr. Leonard is the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as a director at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. He joined Intellia in 2014, where he has also held the roles of Executive Vice President, Research and Development and Chief Medical Officer. Previously, Dr. Leonard was the Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President of Research and Development at AbbVie Inc. and was Senior Vice President of Global Pharmaceutical Research and Development, among other roles, at Abbott Laboratories. Dr. Leonard has a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a Doctorate in Medicine from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. He completed an Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Stanford University Hospital followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Molecular Virology at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health.

Leslie Wims Morris has served as a director of IQVIA since January 2022 and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Ms. Wims Morris is currently President of Private Label Captive Finance for JPMorgan Chase’s automotive business overseeing partnerships with a number of key manufacturers. Prior to this role, she was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Development for JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking business, which serves more than 60 million households in the U.S. She is also a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, she was a Vice President of Executive Partnerships at American Express, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Broadridge Financial Solutions and Senior Vice President at Jefferies & Company. She presently serves as Vice Chair on the board of trustees for Dance Theatre of Harlem. Ms. Wims Morris holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Yale University.
