After receiving nine individual Great Place to Work® awards
in 2013, Quintiles
has again been recognized as one of the World’s Best Multinational
Workplaces by Great Place to Work®, ranking 18th on
the 2013 list.
This ranking is the world’s largest annual study of workplace excellence
and identifies the top-25 best multinationals in terms of workplace
culture. Quintiles has been named to the Best Multinational Workplace
list in each of the ranking’s three years of existence.
Qualifying companies must have been selected for at least five national
Great Place to Work lists, have at least 5,000 employees worldwide and
count at least 40 percent of their global workforce outside of the
company’s home country. Quintiles received individual Great Place to
Work awards in 2013 for its operations in Canada, Germany,
Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Scotland, Spain and the United
Kingdom.

culture analytics taken from 7,200 companies, representing more than 16
million employees.
